Modernization of RDF combustion processes and improvement of exhaust gas composition
This project focuses on the retrofit of existing RDF incineration plants in Busac Foret, France, to improve combustion efficiency and reduce emissions.
We carried out the pre-installation of metal structures, cyclones, piping, and calciners. Preassembly of bag filter 40t. Construction of Cement by pass and Kiln by pass workshops . Lifting operations and installation of equipment at Heidelberg Cement’s cement plant in Busac Foret -France.
Goals:
- Modernisation of RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel) combustion processes

Stage 1 (Planning)
